3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant ShoortPlus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit (without proper age verification), or that infringes on any third-party rights.

5. Monetization

ShoortPlus offers monetization features including tips, subscriptions, and brand deals. All monetary transactions are subject to our payment terms and applicable taxes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShoortPlus is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
